Hey All!

Lone Momma here another busy day and it’s been a crazy week;

Raising a child in her tiny tornado three’s , working from wherever we may be, marketing (on and offline) , technical difficulties and fall-outs , and problem solving my way through!

IT HAS BEEN A WILD RIDE (but the ride is not over 😉 !)

Last Friday I did a presentation for Cutco with one of my favorite people! (My mentor in my heal and help other’s heal classes for abuse survivors.) We had a ton of fun with it! I even got to see the knife she’s used in her kitchen over the last 25 years and she said she was ready for an upgrade! I was so happy I was able to help her out AND get her the best deal possible with a FREE gift to go with her new kitchen set! I was super excited because not only was it my first official sale with Cutco , but I also got to do my presentation with one of my most favorite people in my current small circle and she is truly amazing! It was an amazing night for me!..all the way up until my phone completely crashed that night and I haven’t been able to get it turned back on since then. (The struggle is definitely real!)

Time For Problem Solving

So working for Vector (the sales arm for cutco) I get paid literally just to show cutco products through online presentations via zoom! So even if you weren’t interested in ordering through me, I still get paid just to show our amazing UNBEATABLE products to you!

On a real note, how cool is that?! How many people do you know that can say “Hey! I get paid just for showing knives!” ? Well I do, and though it’s gone slow for me due to current situations it’s been amazing, exciting and I’m learning so much already as well as I have HUGE opportunities ahead!

Anyway… (back to what I was saying a minute ago, before I got sidetracked [and carried away] lol)

After my phone inevitably crashed on me last week, I had to figure out a way to keep being able to work and try and get these appointments for my presentations set so I can keep working to hopefully boost my sales more, earn more so I can pay bills, keep food on the table, pay for my certifications from my online courses I’m taking for marketing , my daughter’s essential needs as well as my own etc.!

So, I downloaded an app called Textnow to the laptop and called my team manager (or as I like to call her my Cutco lifecoach), Faith . (She’s truly amazing and I love her so much ! She’s been an amazing person and so helpful in more ways than one already in the short time I’ve gotten to know her so far ) She should so be moved to Pilot Manager, she’s perfect for it! #Faith4Pilot ! #TrendIt ! I called her to see what I could do and if using the textnow app to reach out to people for presentations can work and if Vector&Cutco would be okay with me doing that while I wait on my next paycheck to come in so I can replace my phone because my first one I had to put towards bills that needed paid(because we generally schedule our presentations via phoning so it’s important if you want to join us to have names and numbers ready). LUCKILY! I’m able to! (A Marketing Mom WIN!) It hasn’t been an easy run …but it’s still been a new challenge and I’m CONSTANTLY learning new ways to push myself. So I mentioned earlier, Faith is one of my new favorite people (to work with and just talk to in general, she’s been amazing! And she is actually also the person who hired me! THANK YOU GIRL! I APPRECIATE YOU AND ALL YOU DO!) As well as Nik who Faith teamed up with to interview me and hire me on to this amazing team with BEYOND AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES AHEAD! For his support, motivational spirit and help! Jake , our TOTALLY AWESOME DVM who’s AMAZING! with sales tips, advice, motivation and great at leading the team! Rafee Our wonderful , upbeat Pilot Sales Manager (a.k.a #CutcoDad) who has also been AMAZING with motivation, advice and tips to help me strive thrive and go further , I may be on stepping stones with learning and growing in my work with cutco but I’m on my way to leaping lily pads soon and aiming to go higher! Our whole team is and has been amazing! It has been a crazy rollercoaster of a week with twists and turns, life in itself is like a rollercoaster, has it’s ups and downs, BUT! You can certainly be blessed through both! 🙂
